Administrative Receptionist
The Administrative Receptionist facilitates the efficient operation of the front desk by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. This position supports multiple divisions/companies including TAC Air, TAC Energy and TA Capital.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls; take/deliver messages
  • Receive, sort, and deliver daily mail and packages
  • Order and maintain inventories of office equipment and supplies; restock breakrooms
  • Prepare and reconcile credit card statements; submit expense reports
  • Reconcile monthly invoices and distribute for verification
  • Produce letters, documents, presentations, reports and graphics as needed
  • Assist in event planning, including catering, setup, and breakdown
  • Assist staff as needed by inputting data and assisting with various projects
  • Prepare and breakdown boardroom for internal meetings; organize, set up, and test connectivity
  • Other duties as needed

Other Requirements

  • Two or more years of related administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, an Outlook
  • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing
  • Ability to operate computer and type effectively
  • Ability to write legibly
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to pass drug screen

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to read, comprehend, and speak English clearly
  • Ability to see and hear clearly
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

High School diploma or GED required
