As a Line Service Technician in our Omaha, NE location, you will work with team members to provide ground support to arriving and departing aircraft, and customer service for crew members and their passengers.

Line Service Technician / Aircraft Refueler Responsibilities
Airline Service Technicians work with team members to provide ground services support and customer service to arriving/departing aircraft and crew members.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Providing ground support and service for air carrier aircraft safely and efficiently
  • Delivering fuels to airline equipment; conducting de-icing as needed
  • Handling of aviation fuels and chemicals, including maintaining quality control of fuel through various procedures and completing applicable paperwork/documentation
  • Ensuring the accuracy of information through various means of communication (radio, telephone, electronic, etc.)
  • Working closely with all team members and airline personnel to ensure customer needs are met
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Line Service Technician / Aircraft Refueler Qualifications
We provide extensive aviation safety and customer service training for Line Service Technicians.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to see and hear clearly
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and speak English clearly
  • Ability to climb, twist, bend, crouch, stoop, kneel, and crawl
  • Ability to move in tight quarters
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions as needed
  • Ability to regularly push/pull up to 70 pounds
  • Ability to regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds

Other Requirements

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to operate computer and type effectively

We’re looking for qualified applicants for immediate hire to work as a Safety & Training Manager of Aviation Services. This position will develop and monitor the Safety Management System (SMS) in accordance with relevant guidelines and requirements (e.g., International Business Aircraft Handling IS-BAH) and the guidance laid out in ICAO Doc 9859 to ensure on-going compliance and make recommendations where applicable.
Some responsibilities include:

  • Monitor and track all SMS reports, safety risk profiles, and ensure corrective action is taken
  • Manage the Company’s electronic safety management reporting system
  • Develop, implement and maintain the company’s internal safety audit plan
  • Work closely with all locations to ensure the culture of safety management is enhanced by all
  • Plan, organize and deliver training to Line Service Technicians and Ramp Coordinators
  • Provide support to FBOs by analyzing accidents/incidents and preparing risk analysis to address root causes of incidents in order to prevent future occurrences and produce relevant safety recommendations where applicable
