Supply & Logistics Coordinators work with team members to provide fuel logistics support to customers and team members.

Overview

This is an hourly position with growth potential. We provide a merit increase after 90 days if performance satisfactory, and annual increases thereafter. The work hours will vary (no night shifts) and will include occasional weekends. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Cultivating strong carrier relations through communication channels such as email and telephone

  • Answering calls; accepting and processing fuel orders; negotiating costs associated with freight

  • Scheduling, dispatching, and coordinating fuel orders and deliveries through transportation providers

  • Verifying deliveries and troubleshoot issues; completing incident reports, as necessary

  • Searching through and updating database to reflect daily activity and rates

  • Working closely with all team members to ensure customer needs are met

  • Other duties as needed

Summary
The Administrative Receptionist facilitates the efficient operation of the front desk by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. This position supports multiple divisions/companies including TAC Air, TAC Energy and TA Capital.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls; take/deliver messages
  • Receive, sort, and deliver daily mail and packages
  • Order and maintain inventories of office equipment and supplies; restock breakrooms
  • Prepare and reconcile credit card statements; submit expense reports
  • Reconcile monthly invoices and distribute for verification
  • Produce letters, documents, presentations, reports and graphics as needed
  • Assist in event planning, including catering, setup, and breakdown
  • Assist staff as needed by inputting data and assisting with various projects
  • Prepare and breakdown boardroom for internal meetings; organize, set up, and test connectivity
