The Duty Manager leads the activities of the line service technicians, ensuring they provide ground support for aircraft in the most efficient, safe and effective manner possible, with the highest regard for customer service.
  • Responsible for the supervision of movement, placement, storage, servicing and fueling aircraft

  • Communicates any employee issues to Line Service Manager

  • Responsible for the supervision of moving fuel, maintaining quality control of fuel, receiving fuel, disposing of fuel and completing applicable paperwork

  • Directing Line Service Technicians in on-the-job training and daily operations; inspecting equipment regularly for serviceability

  • Handling of aviation fuels and chemicals, including maintaining fuel inventory and quality control through various procedures and completing applicable paperwork/documentation

  • Ensuring the accuracy of information through various means of communication (radio, telephone, electronic, etc.)

  • Working closely with all team members  to ensure customer needs are met

  • Facilitating and coordinating operational and safety audits

  • Comply with all regulatory, legal, and Safety Management System requirements
